Tech Source provides a partnership recruitment model working with clients to truly understand their business and its needs and help establish a talent recruitment and management programme to support business growth. Through their Tribe community Tech Source also want to offer something bigger to the industry and provide a way to help develop and grow Developers and Engineers through their podcast, events and mentorship - they’ve just started this journey with the Podcast but there’s definitely more to come! We worked closely with Jake the founder on a range of projects to develop his proposition and get him set up online with his new agency Tech Source - establishing his brand, working on articulation of his offer and launching his new podcast.

Proposition Development:

Through some workshop sessions we discussed and identified key aspects of the proposition - a tech partnership model and the agencies approach working in an agile way like many tech companies they serve. We drew out key messaging on the web site as well as creating one-pagers, a slide deck and some marketing credentials to support new business efforts.

Branding and Assets:

In order to make them more universal and accessible we took the old branding assets and revamped them with a fresh new look and colour scheme creating an avatar and letterbox logo as well as colour scheme for the overall brand. We also pulled together the iconography for the site and marketing materials.

Website Build:

With the foundations in place we went on to create a modern, responsive website showcasing all that Tech Source has to offer and creating clear calls to action to drive potential customers to get in touch. This included creation of copy, iconography, podcast and embedding of a meeting booking system. It was largely created in Squarespace with some customised code for the additional elements and to ensure accessibility and mobile compatibility. We also set up SEO for the site and get the analytics up and running.
